CAD-CAM

We design with the most state-of-the-art 3D CAD software both in the field of surface and volume modelling. Our CAD system guarantees excellent consistency via our CAM programming system to the CNC program and to the CNC machining centre. The CAM technology allows for efficient programming both of simple contours and even complex 3D free-form parts. We have a very broad know how and experience in the field of fixture and gauge construction. Thanks to clamping fixtures that are developed and custom-made in our company and that are precise and especially adjusted to the respective machining process, we are able to guarantee a highly repeatable exact and safely fixed insertion of raw parts.

Design and production are one tightly interlinked package in our company. Accordingly, unusual geometries of original parts are no obstacle for us, but rather a challenge.
